1 pizza dough
1 log of goat
500 g of special cooking mozzarella
thyme, rosemary and oregano
pepper
- Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 210 ° (th.7)
- Spread pizza dough on parchment paper and then cut into 6 square units.
- Cut the cheese into thin slices.
- Place the slices of goat and mozzarella on small pizza dough.
