  • Ingredients (for 4 people): 
- 12 large mushrooms of Paris
- 80 g butter, softened
- 3 large shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Grated parmesan


  • Preparation of the recipe: 

Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7). 

Clean the mushrooms and lightly brush to remove dirt. 

Remove stems and cut the earth ends. 

Slice the shallots and garlic. 

Skip tails mushrooms, garlic and shallots, fresh parsley and butter softened (eg microwave method "thaw") in a blender. 

Garnish dish with mushroom caps. 

Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 


Bake about 20 minutes.
