Egg omelette and sorrel
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 8 eggs
- 150 g of sorrel
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 50 g of butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the recipe:
- Wash and chop sorrel, book.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper with a fork.
- Heat butter in a pan and melt sorrel for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Pour the beaten eggs on sorrel and cook the omelette to taste (runny or farm).
