Vegetable puree for baby

ingredients:

6 spinach leaves
2 bunches broccoli
1 potato
1 tomato
1 carrot
3 turnips
90 ml of formula milk
1 celery

ingredients

Preparation:

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly with water.
  • Peel the carrots, potatoes, celery and turnips.
  • On a piece of kitchen, cut them into small pieces.
  • Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds it.
  • In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
  • Dip the vegetables and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Then pass them in a blender with a little water to make a soup more or less thick.
  • In a well sterilized bottle, pour 160 ml of puree and add water up to 180 ml with age of the baby.
  • Bind the soup with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of baby milk.
  • Let cool before feeding the baby.
