Glasses vegetables
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 yogurt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 little lemon juice
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 red bell peppers
- 1/2 zucchini
- Herbs
Preparation of the recipe:
- Cut the pepper into cubes and fry in a little oil for about 45 min net; book.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes (keep a few slices for decoration); add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in a little olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes; book.
- Peel the avocado and cut into large pieces in the blender (keep as few slices for decoration).
- Add 1/2 yogurt, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix until a smooth cream; book.
- In a jar, rotate in the order that makes you happy tomato layer, a layer of zucchini, pepper and a layer of a layer of avocado.
