Spaghetti with sausage and tomato sauce |
ingredients:
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 12 frankfurters (2 per person)
- 1 peeled tomatoes
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 shallot
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 large tomato paste box
- 4 c. balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
preparation:
- Peel the onion, shallot, carrot and celery. Chop coarsely and mix them. Put the mixture into a large pan with a little olive oil, stir.
- Crush the garlic without the beading. Add them to the vegetables.
- Pour the balsamic vinegar, tomatoes and the concentrate. Mix and season to your liking.
- Cut the sausages into pieces, add them to the sauce and cook gently.
- Fouls cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Let them 1 minute less than the time provided in the package.
- Take a little pasta cooking water and pour it into the pan, this will loosen the sauce.
- Drain the spaghetti and pour into the pan. Mix well and cook for 1 min.
- Serve the spaghetti with sausage pieces on individual plates.
