Corn bread


Ingredients

1 cup corn flour
1 cup flour 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon soda carbonate
1 tablespoon Bakenj the powder
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup yogurt
2 tbsp butter

Method
Mix cornmeal , flour , salt and soda and Albakenj carbonate powder .
- Beat the eggs and add the oil , as well as yoghurt in another bowl .
- Mix all dry material with liquid to that merges the mixture completely .
- Paint the oil pan or thick cast iron 15 centimeters in diameter and a height of at least 3 cm .
