Tiramisu Italian
ingredients:
-250g mascarpone
-5 eggs
-6 c. tablespoons sugar
-1 coffee black bowl
-2 boudoir packages
-100 g bitter cocoa
Preparation:
- Prepare 2 bowls. Separate egg whites from yolks. Mix the yolks with the sugar until frothy; then add the mascarpone.
- Next, mount the egg whites and fold them gently with the rest of the preparation.
- In a rectangular dish, arrange the boudoir soaked in as in coffee. Crouch in the dish.
- Pour half of the mixture over the ladyfingers. Then, put a second layer of ladyfingers soaked. Put the rest of the preparation. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Sprinkle with bitter cocoa just before serving.
