Banana pancakes Tahitian
ingredients:
- 2 Bowls of mashed bananas
- 1 Bowl starch
- 1 C. Coffee cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 C. tablespoon vanilla rum
- sugar water (your choice)
Preparation:
- Prepare pancake batter in a bowl previously mashed banana bowls and bowl of starch.
- Add 1 tsp. cane sugar and coffee 1 egg, without forgetting 1 c. tablespoon vanilla rum.
- For cooking, oiled skillet and add it to a ladle of the batter. Spread the good and bask the 2 sides.
- Roll the crepe and lightly coat with sugar water.
