Meat Loaf
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 grated Islands
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 kilo minced meat
2 eggs
1 cup tomato (refinery)
1/2 cup ground rice or crushed
1/4 cup grated Barmazan cheese
2 tbsp oregano (or dill or parsley), chopped
Salt and pepper
Method
- Heated oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add onion and pepper, carrot and garlic and stir 7-10 minutes, until tender, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Add the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then mix well until they are homogeneous.
- The mixture is placed in a mold toast and compresses it until it is equal to the surface.
- Bake for one hour or even fully matured meat.
- Cut into slices and serve.
• Can be served with rice pasta, or rice stew, Oouselsh the pasta, or mashed potatoes.
