Scott corn flour
- Ingredients
1 1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup corn flour
1/4 teaspoon Vanlia
- Method
- Heat oven to 170 degrees.
- Fail the butter with the sugar in the electric perineum (using pedal) on medium speed until smooth Kalchrima.
- Add the egg yolks, flour, corn flour, Alvanlia and kneaded ingredients until we get a smooth and soft dough.
- Put the dough into a pastry bag with a zigzag party, putting pressure on the bag and form the dough into a tin oven so that it takes the form of a letter (S), or any other forms as desired.
- Bake oven for 20 minutes or until full maturity.
