Chocolate Cake without sugar





 
  • Ingredients
3 egg whites

1/2 cup sugar substitute "Splenda powder"

6 tbsp butter

1 egg yolk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup fig jam without sugar

2 teaspoon coffee center noodles

1/4 cup flour

1/3 cup skim milk

1/2 cup of liquid chocolate without sugar "Semi sweet"

 Fresh fruit and liquid chocolate without sugar, for garnish

  • Method:
- Oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

- Drip pan lined with butter paper.

- Beat the egg whites in a shallow bowl with electric bat by 2/1 the amount of sugar substitute until it becomes brittle and flimsy .

- Bake for 45 minutes or until the cake to mature .

- Put the cake on a wire rack and let cool , then decorate with son liquid chocolate (no sugar ) .
