Fish Tagine
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fish ( without skin and bone cutting medium )
For dressing :
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet red pepper ( paprika )
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon soft activities (optional)
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt
Vegetables :
1 large potato
1 green pepper rings clip
1 red pepper rings clip
4 red and green peppers hot ( optional )
1/2 cup sauce ( tomatoes and roasted peppers ) *
Salt and pepper
Black olives
Fresh lemon rings and pickled for garnish
Tomato sauce and roasted peppers
5 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion Absolutely great clip
3 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 hot green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Lime juice ( or lemon )
1/2 cup green coriander leaves
Salt and pepper
Method
How to fish and vegetables
- Washed and dried fish .
- Mix marinade ingredients in a deep bowl until mixed (leaving about a tablespoon of parsley for garnish ) .
- Fish pieces placed in the marinade until completely covered with light scrubs .
