Baguette with flax seeds vegetables and sausage
- Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches) :
375 g flour
225 g water
2 tsp salt shave
7.5 g of fresh yeast
50 g of flax seed
2 sausages
1 tomato beef heart
1 handful of arugula
some onion rings
half mustard (or mustard, to taste)
cheese
salt
house dressing (olive oil, vinegar of your choice)
- Method :
1 - Make the bread : Combine all ingredients . Knead . Let rise 1 hour in a damp cloth. Then format your bread baguettes form (be careful , you should be able to do 3 , maybe 4 sticks ) .
Let them grow 3 -4h ( the dough should double ) .
Heat oven to 250 ° C. Train grignes in bread ( on the top) . And cook 10-20 minutes according to taste ( more or less cooked crust ) .
2 - Cut the tomatoes into chunks . Toss with arugula. Add dressing .
3 - Remove the skin of the sausage before cooking. Cook your sausage in a skillet or griddle .
4 - Open your bread 2 .
5 - Brush the bread with a little mustard . Place your vegetables and onion rings in bread.
6 - Remove some of your cheese . Saler.
7 - Add the sausage .
And enjoy hot!
