Turkish thickness on the way
- Ingredients
6 tbsp oil
1 kilo thickness Wings Morgan (clean)
2 onions Wings
1 green pepper Protector - without sowing - minced
1 red pepper - without sowing - sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup fish broth or water
5 tomatoes (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet pepper)
1/2 cup black olives rings
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- Method
- Fish Fry in oil on both sides with 4 tablespoons oil, and raise the covers.
- In the remaining oil Fry onions until yellow color, add the protector and red pepper and stir about 5 minutes.
