How to prepare tomato sauce
Here is an indispensable throughout the year recipe, tomato sauce, and all enjoy the latest full well tasty tomato fields to make stocks for the winter! - Ingredients (for 2 pots)
2 kg of ripe tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 good pinch of oregano
1 dash of olive oil
1 c. in s. of red wine vinegar
1 pinch of pepper

To prepare the tomato sauce start by coarsely chop your tomatoes.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Pour a good drizzle of olive oil in a pan and put the crushed garlic to melt over low heat for 8 minutes.
Add tomatoes, oregano, chili and pepper and simmer for 40 minutes covered over low heat.
When cooked, add the vinegar and salt.
Put in sterilized jar and keep all winter!
