Ingredients:
1/4 cup Kingdom of The Netherlands House fortified wine cookery Wine
1/4 cup Grandma's syrup
2 tablespoons soy
4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
Preparation :
In plastic bowl, mix fortified wine, syrup and soy sauce; pour over pork chops. Cover; refrigerate half-hour. Prepare grill. Drain pork chops. Grill pork chops over medium-high heat twenty to half-hour or till pork is not any longer pink in center, turning once and brushing oftentimes with marinade.
