Coffee cream
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee (Nescafe) in 4 tablespoons hot water
- 1 spray whipped cream
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 125 g of cheese
- 80 g of powdered sugar
Preparation of the recipe:
- Foutter mascarpone with the sugar and then add the cheese.
- Finish with coffee spoons and nutella.
- Compile all in dessert glasses and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Before serving, put some whipped cream on top of trade.
