Flan with herbs and nutmeg
Ingredients:
-50g coriander
-50 g of parsley
-20 g dill
-20 g of mint
-200 g leeks
-150 g chard
-100 g of green onions
-2 pinches of nutmeg
-6 eggs
-2 c. tablespoons flour
-20 cl milk
-butter
-salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 150 ° C (th4 / 5).
- Peel the onions.
- Wash the chard, leeks and onions.
- Chop them roughly on a plate.
- Make them precooked with steam for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them.
- Add the eggs, flour, grated nutmeg, milk, salt and a little pepper. Mix well.
- Mix your cooked vegetables and add them to the mixture in bowl.
- Rinse and chop coriander, parsley, dill and mint and then add them to the mix also.
- Pour your mixture into a round mold high board.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a water bath.
