Crispy fried Chicken




  • Ingredients
1 chicken (section 8 pieces)

½ cup yogurt

½ teaspoon cloves

½ teaspoon ginger

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon activities 

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 cups flour

       Prolific oil for frying
  • Method
- Wash the chicken with salt and flour, rinsed and dried.

- Curd mixed with half the amount of spices well.

- Season with the remaining amount of flour and stir spices.

- Put the chicken pieces in the curd mixture (so covered), cover and leave the refrigerator for at least two hours.

- Lift the chicken pieces from marinade (taking into account the retention of the largest amount of liquid) completely covered with flour.

- Fried chicken in heavy oil so hot blush from all sides.

- Raised on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

- Offers hot chicken with French fries and ketchup or salad with cabbage (cole slaw).
