- 4 cups or 2 mugs:
50 g chocolate 70% cocoa
80 g of 40% milk chocolate Cocoa
40 cl whole milk
10 cl of full cream
sugar
In your cup, melt chocolate.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk and cream to a boil.
Pour the hot mixture over the melted chocolate and stir.
Sweeten to taste.
