Hot chocolate
Hello everyone :)
Today I propose a recipe for pure "comfort food" for days and winter nights ahead .. I do not know about you, but personally I find it very hard to eat and drink outside in freezing cold .. So of course, it is not feasible all the time (drink warm water throughout the day, it goes with te a .. otherwise ^ ^) but as soon as I get the chance I get organized for give me a little pampering pleasure, very soft and quite warm ... A little drink that takes under a plaid before a show or read a magazine (cooking course ^ ^). This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare, I assure you it will more comfort you during a loss of power
- Ingredients for 2 mugs :
120 grams of dark chocolate
1/2 liter of milk
1 vanilla pod
4 marshmallows
5 cl of liquid cream
- preparation :
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 100 grams of chocolate in milk.
Cut your vanilla bean, scrape the seeds and add the chocolate milk, you can also add the entire pod to infuse flavor though.
In a small saucepan melt the remaining chocolate (20 grams) in the liquid cream.
Cut your marshmallows into 4 or 6, depending on the desired size.
In a cup pour your milk chocolate (not forgetting to remove the vanilla bean), make the cut marshmallows, finish with small chocolate ganache.
Enjoy hot :)
