4 slices bread toast 1/4 kilo cheese halloumi 1 cup warm water Salt and pepper 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh minced 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 kilo meat finely chopped 1 egg 2 tbsp crackers (baked dry ground) 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped oil for frying for the sauce cold 1/2 cup option minced 1/2 cup green pepper chopped 1/2 cup green onions chopped 2 cups tomato juice (refinery) 1 teaspoon red pepper sweet (paprika) 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil, minced green onions for garnish
- Method
