Roasted chicken with lemon pickle




 
  • Ingredients
 
1 chicken (about 1/21 to 2 kg)

2 medium onions into small pieces clip

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup chopped green coriander

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon fresh Ginger grinded

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup water or chicken broth

2 lemon pickle

1/2 cup olive


  • Method

- Wash the chicken a little salt , then rinse well and dried

- Mix the onion, garlic , spices , parsley , coriander, salt and pepper with a good hand scrubs harmony mixture.

- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

- Scrubs chicken half the onion mixture , then blush and stir the cautiously until it becomes golden color.

- Put the chicken in a serving dish with the sauce and decorate with lemon pickle slices and olives.



If the sauce is thick, add a little water and leave to boil on the fire a little bit ..
