Coconut cream with chocolate

De petites verrines toutes mignonnes et toutes simples à réaliser composées d'une crème au chocolat onctueuse au lait de coco, d'une chantilly au mascarpone et de quelques éclats croustillants. Et pour réaliser ces crèmes, je vous propose de gagner ces jolis verrines en partenariat avec la Boutique en Couleur. Mais avant de vous en dire plus, place à la recette!



For 4 people
  • For the chocolate cream
140g milk chocolate
40cl coconut milk
3 egg yolks
50g sugar
For crisp
50g muesli
30g pralinoise or milk chocolate
For the whipped cream
20cl liquid cream
1 tsp. tablespoons mascarpone
15g icing sugar

  • Method
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar. Bring the coconut milk to a boil. Pour over the egg mixture , mix then return to the heat and cook like a custard over very low heat . Stir constantly . As soon as the mixture thickens, pour over chopped chocolate beforehand . Stir gently and pour into glasses Place in the fridge at least 4 hours .
Melt pralinoise microwave . Add muesli mix to coat each grain. Spread on parchment paper and let it harden in the fridge.
When ready to serve , up the well chilled cream with mascarpone , then add the icing sugar.
Remove the cream and sprinkle with muesli croutillant . Serve immediately .
