Meat Pie
- Ingredients (a mold of 27 cm diameter)
1 pastry
1 puff pastry
10 large handfuls of mushrooms sliced (I did not have them weighed)
1/2 shallot
1/2 onion
350 to 400 g of beef
gouda or emmental
2 tsp Cajun spice shave
few drops of Tabasco
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tbsp chopped chives
1 egg

1 - Cut the beef into toddlers pieces of 3-4 mm.
2 - Mix the beef with cajun spices, parsley, chives and Tabasco. Saler.
3 - Fry the sliced mushrooms in a pan with the shallot and onion cut into small cubes.
4 - Spread the pastry in the bottom of the pie pan (with parchment paper under the dough).
5 - Place the meat on the pastry.
