salad of Marinated tuna with pink pepper
- ingredients:
200 g fillet of fresh tuna
1 carrot
40 g mushrooms Paris
200 g spinach
4 g of pink peppercorns
3 c. tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
- Preparation:
- Cut into small dice tuna fillets. Marinate with red wine vinegar, pink peppercorns and 1 tsp. coffee salt.
- Let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Hull the spinach, wash several times and then drain them carefully aside.
- Wash the mushrooms, cut them into small cubes, set aside.
- Peel the carrots, cut them into small cubes and set aside.
- On a plate, make spinach dome. Garnish with marinated tuna. Sprinkle with diced mushrooms and carrots.
- Sprinkle with olive oil before serving.
