Vitamin Corn salad
- ingredients:
for vitamin Corn salad with clementines
1 tray of mince
2 clementines
2 kiwis
Juice of 1 lemon
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
- Preparation:
- Peel the clementines, cut them into quarters and remove the small white skins around them.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them in half height direction then slice finely. Rinse mash.
- Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and 2. tablespoons of olive oil. Salt and pepper.
