50g butter
50 grams of sugar
6 Golden Apples
2 tbsp sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons Armagnac
1 tablespoon orange blossom
1 package phyllo sheets

Peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Sauté in a pan with a little butter, add sugar, vanilla sugar, Armagnac and orange blossom. Let stew a few minutes, it should not be that they are overcooked.
Meanwhile, in a pie pan, place 4 full sheets, brushing each one with a brush dipped in melted butter then lightly sweetening the entire surface.
