Crème caramel


Preparation time : 10 minutes

  • Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 30 cl whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 75 g caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey

  • Preparation of the recipe:
  1. In a heavy saucepan , bring to heat the sugar and caramel take gently .
  2. As soon as the caramel took its golden color , add 5 tablespoons of warm water and stir so that the caramel does not solidify in the pan. Pour a little caramel in the bottom of 4 ramekins .
  3. Boil the cream .
  4. Meanwhile, break the eggs into a bowl , add the honey and whisk . Add the cream mixture to the eggs / honey beating.
  5. Spoon into ramekins and place in a pan with 2 inches of water in the background.
  6. Bake 30 minutes thermostat 5 (150 ° C).
  7. Let cool , then refrigerate .
Notes:
You can replace the honey with sugar and cream by traditional light cream .
