Egg omelette and sorrel

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

  • Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 8 eggs
- 150 g of sorrel
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper



  • Preparation of the recipe:
  1. Wash and chop sorrel, book.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper with a fork.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and melt sorrel for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Then pour the beaten eggs on sorrel and cook the omelette to your liking (drooling or closes).
