Eggs with tomato

- Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 eggs (extra-preferably fresh)
- 1 box medium (425 ml) crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 yogurt
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- Preparation of the recipe:
- Finely chop the onions and fry with oil in a skillet.
- Add after 5 minutes the white wine. Cook in small tremors until 3/4 of white wine are evaporated.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and curry.
- Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, uncovered.
- Add the yogurt and mix. Break 4 eggs into dish.
- Put a lid and cook for 5 minutes, until the white is opaque.
- Serve immediately so that the yellow does not have time to harden.
Notes:
Yogurt is used to soften the tomato sauce, you can use ausssi cream instead.
