Eggs with tomato

Eggs with tomato

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 25 minutes

  • Ingredients (for 4 people): 
- 4 eggs (extra-preferably fresh) 
- 2 medium onions 
- 1 box medium (425 ml) crushed tomatoes 
- 100 ml dry white wine 
- 1 tablespoon oil 
- 1 yogurt 
- Salt and pepper 
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder



  • Preparation of the recipe: 
  1. Finely chop the onions and fry with oil in a skillet. 
  2. Add after 5 minutes the white wine. Cook in small tremors until 3/4 of white wine are evaporated. 
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and curry. 
  4. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, uncovered. 
  5. Add the yogurt and mix. Break 4 eggs into dish. 
  6. Put a lid and cook for 5 minutes, until the white is opaque. 
  7. Serve immediately so that the yellow does not have time to harden. 
Notes: 
Yogurt is used to soften the tomato sauce, you can use ausssi cream instead.
