- Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 medium cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 5 potatoes
- 2 turnips
- 3 wieners
- Salt and pepper
- thyme
- Laurel
- 2 cubes culinary broth
- Preparation of the recipe:
- Put water to boil and blanch the cabbage are 3-4 minutes.
