Ingredients (for 4 people): - 2 teaspoons of unscented green tea
- 1 bunch of fresh mint - 25 pieces of sugar
Boil water , pour boiling water 1 small glass of 2 teaspoons of green tea.
After a minute , discard the liquid , keep the tea.
( this is to remove the first bitterness of tea), then pour the remaining water (you need a little teapot , ideally with a filter in the spout is + easy).
Add the mint , drowning immediately leaves in water ( if they float , they take a burnt taste , a little bitter , with the habit , you will recognize this is when the Moroccan tea is burned) .
Above , add the sugar ( at least 25-30 sugars for 4-5 glasses ) .
To mix , it does not stir with a spoon ,
Taking a glass , poured the tea into the glass and the glass in the teapot, and so on several times, the content will be mixed .
Poured in glasses holding the teapot loudly to ' froth ' sugar ... and drink hot.
