Orange blossom chocolate ganache

300 g dark chocolate Pastry
30 cl whipping cream
3 c. tablespoons orange flower water
20 g candied orange peel
- Preparation:
- Chop the chocolate, pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil then remove from heat and add the orange blossom water and chopped chocolate, stir gently with a spatula or whisk without incorporating air up 'that the chocolate is completely melted.
- Pour into pretty glasses and place 1 hour in the fridge.
- Cut the candied orange peel into thin strips and add to the ganache before serving with shortbread.
