Chocolate cream dessert
- ingredients:
150 g of dark chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
500 ml of milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Sugar 70 g
30g cornflour
100 ml liquid cream
4 squares of chocolate
- Preparation:
- In a saucepan, boil the milk with the vanilla sugar.
- Remove from heat. Let steep for 20 minutes.
- Break the chocolate into pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with 3 c. tablespoons warm milk.
- Mix the milk with the vanilla.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Add chocolate milk and cornstarch.
- Put the cream in a saucepan. On low heat, stir with a wooden spoon until it coats the back of the spoon.
- Mount the egg whites until stiff. Mix with warm cream.
- Let cool for a few minutes.
- Mount the cream and stir gently with cream.
- Divide the cream in cups and reserve in refrigerator.
- To serve, decorate each section of a spoon with a square of chocolate.
