Chocolate cream dessert


  • ingredients:
150 g of dark chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
500 ml of milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Sugar 70 g
30g cornflour
100 ml liquid cream
4 squares of chocolate


  • Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, boil the milk with the vanilla sugar.
  2. Remove from heat. Let steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Break the chocolate into pieces.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with 3 c. tablespoons warm milk.
  5. Mix the milk with the vanilla.
  6. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Add chocolate milk and cornstarch.
  7. Put the cream in a saucepan. On low heat, stir with a wooden spoon until it coats the back of the spoon.
  8. Mount the egg whites until stiff. Mix with warm cream.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Mount the cream and stir gently with cream.
  11. Divide the cream in cups and reserve in refrigerator.
  12. To serve, decorate each section of a spoon with a square of chocolate.
