Lasagna with Meat
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
- Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 20 sheets of lasagne (precooked)
- 600 g of ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 70 g of tomato sauce
- 50 g flour
- 50 g butter
- Half of the milk
- 50 g grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Preparation of the recipe:
Chop the onions, garlic and parsley and mix with minced meat.
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and cook the filling, stirring often, for 5 minutes. When cooked, turn off the heat and set aside. Stir in tomato sauce.
Make a béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Butter a baking dish, place a layer of lasagne sheets, then a layer of minced meat, then a layer of béchamel.
Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Broil in the oven for half an hour.
