• For 8 people: 

100g caster sugar 

100 gr butter 

4 eggs 

4 tablespoons milk 

250 grams of flour 

1 packet yeast 

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

• Method

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. 

Melt the butter over low heat. 

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. 

Mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and melted butter. Add the milk. 

Gradually stir in the flour and yeast. 

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add them gently to the previous preparation. 

Pour batter into bundt pan (greased and floured if not silicone). 

Bake 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
