Pizza Honey

• Ingredients (for 6 people): 

- 1 pizza dough sold in shops or 300 g bread dough 

- 1 goat cheese 

- 1 jar of tomato sauce for pizza base 

- 1 jar of honey 

- 1 bag of grated cheese

• Preparation of the recipe: 

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, generously coat the tomato sauce, then depositing thin slices of goat cheese and top with cheese. 

Cook pizza and once cooked, drizzle with honey. 

Notes: 

Amazing recipe. I tasted there six months in a pizzeria in the south of France, and this pizza I have several friends who conquered before the sample were skeptical ...
