ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 160 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 cl of white wine
- 8 cl of olive oil
- 100g parmesan
- 200 g green olives, pitted
- 1 c. soup spoon of fresh cream
- pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Cut olives into slices. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and flour. Add the yeast, white wine, cream, oil and parmesan. Pepper.
- Roll the olives in the flour and stir into the batter.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan. Pour the batter and bake for about 50 min. Let cool, then unmold.
