Pizza with vegetables

Ingredients :
- Paris mushrooms: 8
- pitted green olives: 8
- Jerusalem artichoke: 200 g
- paprika: 1.5 c. coffee
- garlic: 2 cloves
- olive oil 2 c. soup
- tomato: 4
- thyme: 5 twigs
- oregano 1 pinch
- For the dough:
- Yolk: 2
- cheese: 150 g
- milk: 4 c. soup
- flour: 300 g
- yeast: 4 c. soup
- olive oil 2 c. soup
- salt
preparation:
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- Peel the artichokes with a small sharp knife.
- Wash them carefully and cut into slices.
- Also cut the olives into slices.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Sauté the garlic and sliced artichokes in the hot olive oil.
- Detail tomatoes into small cubes.
- Chop the thyme.
- Mix salt, yeast, flour, egg yolks, milk, oil and cheese to a smooth paste.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and spread them on parchment paper.
- Divide tomatoes and other ingredients on the four dough pieces.
- Add a pinch of oregano, paprika and sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake in hot oven 15 to 20 minutes.
