Ingredients :
- for Custard
- 2 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 l of milk
- 100 g of butter
- vanilla
Preparation :
- Work in a pan, whole eggs with sugar.
- Add the flour then gradually stir the boiling milk and vanilla.
- Heat gently always turning or until cream thickens, but before boiling, remove from heat, add the butter gradually in small pieces.
