Ingredients :

• for Custard 
• 2 eggs 
• 200g sugar 
• 100 g flour 
• 1 l of milk 
• 100 g of butter 
• vanilla

Preparation :

• Work in a pan, whole eggs with sugar. 
• Add the flour then gradually stir the boiling milk and vanilla. 
• Heat gently always turning or until cream thickens, but before boiling, remove from heat, add the butter gradually in small pieces.
