Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry ready
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 150g cooking chocolate
- 40 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- 1 c. tablespoons instant coffee
- 80 g of cream
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Garnish pie plate with pastry on its baking paper. Cook white baked for 20 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare a chocolate cream. Heat the cream until boiling. Add it off the heat butter, chocolate, broken into pieces and soluble coffee. Mix well.
- Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks and cream. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff and add them to the previous preparation.
- Once the pastry cooked, remove from the oven, put it on a plate. Cover the chocolate cream. Smooth the surface and garnish with balls vanilla ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
