Ingredients :
- 2 fish fillets of your choice (hake, cod, bream ...)
- 1 egg
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- 1 knob of butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a plate, pour the flour bottom and another breadcrumbs.
- In a slightly shallow dish, beat the egg.
- Salt and pepper the fish fillets on both sides. Cut into chunks.
- Soak both sides of the flour and beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a pan with the fat until the breading is golden brown.
- Possibly serve with sorrel sauce and fries.
