Fried Carp

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 6 minutes


Ingredients (for 4 people): 
- 1 carp 
- Hard wheat semolina fine 
- 1 lemon 
- Tossed salad 
- Salt and pepper

Preparation of the recipe: 

  • Remove the head and tail of the carp, cut into steaks (2 cm), roll the steaks in the semolina and dive into the frying oil. 
  • Drain, salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon and serve with a green salad. 

Wine advice: 
Alsace wine
