Rice pudding

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 250 g rice
- 1 Milk
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 30 g butter
- flour
- 10 pieces of sugar
Preparation of the recipe:
- Cook the rice for 1 minute in boiling water. Remove from heat and drain.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk with the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- When boiling, add the rice. Cook over low heat for 35 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons flour in cold milk and pour into the pan. Leave on the heat another 2 minutes.
- After removing from heat, pour into a caramelized with 10 pieces of sugar pan and bake 15 minutes at 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
