ingredients:
for Breaded Sole Fillets
4 fillets ( 1/2 lb each)
1/2 lb potatoes ( shot of Saint -Pol )
2 cups semi-skimmed milk
1/2 oz margarine
12 asparagus
Salad
2 c . capers
4 c . tablespoons flour
1 c . tablespoons cider vinegar
pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Wash potatoes, blanch 10 to 15 minutes, then drain and refresh them .
- Make them quickly color in 1/2 oz margarine . Then finish cooking them in the oven 15 minutes .
