Grilled chicken salad

ingredients :
4 chicken breasts
1 curly endive
12 cherry tomatoes
some croutons
For the marinade:
1 c. chopped fresh rosemary, chopped
1 c. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
For the vinaigrette:
1 small clove of garlic
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 c. tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Prepare the marinade
- In a bowl, mix rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the vinaigrette
- Press garlic in garlic press
- Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; whisk well.
- Roast the chicken breasts a la plancha for ten minutes, turn them once during cooking.
- Let stand for 5 minutes and slice.
- In a bowl, mix lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Add the sliced chicken, croutons and drizzle with vinaigrette.
