Ingredients (serves 6):
- 1 large can of tuna (or 400g) (instead of tuna in oil, but does very well with the tuna in brine)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) skim milk
- 80 g bread crumbs or crushed crackers 8
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the recipe:
- Flake the tuna into a bowl. Add 3 eggs, bread crumbs and mix.
- Add milk and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. One can also add herbs if desired.
- Place in a cake pan buttered and not

Serve as an appetizer with green salad and cheese sauce eg tomato sauce (ketchup or mayo). It can also serve as an appetizer.
