Squash Soup
Squash Soup |

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 kg of gourd
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 onions
- 2 apples granny
- 3 cm ginger root
- A teaspoon of curry
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation of the recipe:
- Soon the winter: taste the delicious squash soup my Dutch friend Johanna (nothing to do with the pumpkin soup of my childhood!).
- In a pressure cooker, pour tablespoon of olive oil, made fry the sliced onions. Add successively peeled potatoes and cut into large cubes, grated ginger, garlic, curry. Sauté 2 minutes. Add squash, peeled and cut, stir, add 1 liter to 1 liter of water and two 1/4 cubes of chicken stock.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes as soon as the valve rotates. Open, mix, adjust the seasoning (salt and pepper) and serve with fresh cream and croutons.
